Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it.
- Mix Dough:
- Combine Greek yogurt and self-rising flour in a bowl.
- Stir until dough forms.
- Knead Dough:
- Transfer dough to a floured surface.
- Knead for 5 minutes, until smooth.
- Add flour if sticky.
- Shape Bagels:
- Divide dough into 4 portions.
- Roll each into a ball.
