These 3 Ingredient Bagels are a remarkably simple and quick way to enjoy homemade bagels. Made with Greek yogurt and self-rising flour, they’re a healthier alternative to traditional bagels and perfect for a fast breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat) 1 cup
Self-rising flour 1 cup
Everything bagel seasoning To taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Line baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it.
  2. Mix Dough:
    • Combine Greek yogurt and self-rising flour in a bowl.
    • Stir until dough forms.
  3. Knead Dough:
    • Transfer dough to a floured surface.
    • Knead for 5 minutes, until smooth.
    • Add flour if sticky.
  4. Shape Bagels:
    • Divide dough into 4 portions.
    • Roll each into a ball.
    • Poke a hole in the center and shape into a ring.
  5. Boil Bagels (Optional):
    • Boil water in a pot.
    • Boil bagels 1-2 minutes per side.
    • Remove and place on baking sheet.
  6. Season Bagels:
    • Sprinkle bagels with everything bagel seasoning.
    • Press lightly.
  7. Bake:
    • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Cool and Serve:
    • Cool on a rack.
