Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven & Prep Ingredients: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the 1 cup stuffing mix and 1/2 cup chicken broth. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the stuffing mix to absorb the liquid.
- Combine Meatloaf Mixture: Add the 1 lb ground turkey, 1 egg, 1 finely chopped small onion, 1/2 cup finely chopped celery, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon dried sage, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder to the bowl with the rehydrated stuffing. Mix everything together with your hands or a spatula until just well combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Form & Bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan, pressing it down firmly and evenly. Spread the 1/4 cup ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The meatloaf should be firm to the touch and the topping will be caramelized.
- Rest & Serve: Let the meatloaf rest in the pan for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a moist slice.
