This recipe creates easy and savory sausage muffins, perfect for a quick breakfast or on-the-go snack. The combination of breakfast sausage, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick makes for a flavorful and satisfying muffin.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Ground breakfast sausage 1 pound
Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup
Large eggs 4
Bisquick baking mix 1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Brown the Sausage: Brown the ground breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat on the stovetop. Drain any excess fat from the cooked sausage.
  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and Bisquick baking mix. Whisk until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Add Sausage: Stir the pre-cooked sausage into the egg and cheese mixture.
