Snack Time Idea

Ingredients:

1 egg.
1 glass of warm milk- 200 ml.
1 glass of warm water- 200 ml.
1 packet of dry yeast – 10 grams.
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar – 20 grams.
1 teaspoon of salt – 8 grams.
4.5 glasses of flour – 540 grams.
1 potato.
1 red pepper.
2 green peppers.
1 onion.
parsley.
1 glass of Tulum cheese- 80 grams.
Oil to fry

Preparation :

  • In a large bowl crack the egg, add warm milk, warm water, yeast, sugar and salt mixed well
  • And add flour combine well and cover it, set aside about 30 minutes.
  • Grate the potato, chop all peppers, onion and parsley.
  • After 30 minutes, take the dough combine with all vegetable mixed well
  • Pour into a triangle plastic bag, to help you to fry the dough
  • Preheat vegetable oil to fry the dough
  • Fry until golden brown and ready to serve You can enoy with dabu dabu sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh mozzarella balls
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. If the mozzarella balls are large, you can cut them in half.
  2. Assemble the Skewers: Take a skewer or toothpick and thread on a cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball. Repeat until you fill the skewer, leaving a little space at the end for holding.
  3. Season: Drizzle with balsamic glaze if you like, and sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top for extra flavor.
  4. Serve: Arrange the skewers on a plate and enjoy!
