This Grape & Rosemary Flatbread is a delightful and unique appetizer or light meal that combines the sweetness of grapes with the earthy flavors of rosemary and parmesan cheese. It’s a simple yet elegant dish that’s perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients:

Ingredients Quantity
Premade refrigerated pizza dough 1 package
Olive oil 2 1/2 tablespoons
Sea salt 1/2 teaspoon
Dried basil 1/2 teaspoon
Red grapes, halved 1 1/2 cups
Fresh rosemary leaves 1 1/2 tablespoons
Parmesan cheese, shredded 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Dough: Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on parchment paper.
  2. Pierce and Rest Dough: Pierce the dough all over with a fork. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Dress the Dough: Brush the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle the sea salt and dried basil evenly over the top.
  4. Add Toppings: Press the halved red grapes into the dough. Sprinkle the shredded parmesan cheese and fresh rosemary leaves over the grapes.
  5. Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough begins to brown and the cheese is melted.
