PASTRY CANNOLI WITH PASTRY CREAM

Ingredients:

roll of puff pastry
500 ml of milk
Lemon peels
5 yolks
125 grams of sugar
45 grams of flour
Icing sugar

Indications:

  1. Cut vertical strips from the puff pastry roll and wrap them around the metal cannoli shapes.
  2. Heat the milk with the lemon zest inside.
  3. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and flour, then add the mixture to the milk on the stove and bring to the boil.
  4. Sprinkle the cannoli with icing sugar and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with custard and serve
