Pan-fried herb bread

INGREDIENTS:

300 ml of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
100 g cottage cheese
100 g of grated cheese
40 g dill + parsley
500 g / 4 cups flour (all-purpose)
10 g of baking powder
Oil

PREPARATION:

Put the eggs and salt in the milk. Mix.
Add cottage cheese, grated cheese, dill, parsley, flour and baking powder. Mix. Knead the dough.
Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into portions.
Roll each portion into a small cake and make 3 cuts.
Fry in plenty of oil.
