This Feta Chicken Salad is a refreshing and flavorful twist on a classic. It combines tender shredded chicken with crisp vegetables, tangy feta cheese, and a creamy herb-infused dressing. It’s perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or as a light meal on its own.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Cooked chicken, shredded 3 cups
Red onion, diced ½ small
Red pepper, diced ½
Celery stalks, diced 3
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Feta crumbles ½ cup
Dried dill 2 teaspoons
Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Salt To taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, diced red onion, diced red pepper, and diced celery. Toss to combine the ingredients.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, feta crumbles, dried dill, dried oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt (to taste) until the dressing is smooth.
