Baked Barbecue Chicken Thighs with Onions

Ingredients:

Large onion, sliced into rings 1
Barbecue sauce 1 cup
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
Smoked paprika 2 teaspoons
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Onion powder 1 teaspoon
Salt To taste
Freshly ground black pepper To taste
Chopped fresh parsley (optional) For garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Whisk sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
