Epic Beef Nachos Supreme

Ingredients:

Tortilla chips 2 large bags
Ground beef 1 lb
Taco seasoning 1 packet
Onion (diced) ½
Refried beans 1 can
Shredded cheese 16 oz
Roma tomatoes (diced) 3
Green onions (chopped) 2-3

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cook the beef and onion: Heat the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onion has softened.
  3. Drain excess fat: Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Season the beef: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the taco seasoning. Sauté for a few minutes longer, allowing the flavors to meld.
  5. Prepare the baking sheets: Place one bag of tortilla chips on each of two separate baking sheets.
