Ingredients:

Jell-O (any flavor) 1 (3 oz) package
Granulated sugar 2/3 cup
Egg white 1
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Boiling water 1/2 cup

Instructions:

  1. Combine Initial Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jell-O powder (from the 3 oz package), granulated sugar, egg white, and vanilla extract. Mix them together until they are well combined.
  2. Add Boiling Water & Whip: Gradually add the 1/2 cup of boiling water to the mixture while simultaneously beating with an electric mixer on medium speed. Once all the boiling water is incorporated, increase the mixer speed to high.
  3. Whip to Fluffy Consistency: Continue beating on high speed for 5 minutes, or until the icing becomes fluffy, light, and holds soft peaks.
