đ€ Donny Osmond Shares Health Update After Hospital ProcedureâFans Pour Out Support
Beloved entertainer Donny Osmond has lived most of his life in the spotlight, captivating fans across generations with music, charm, and resilience. On Wednesday, the 67-year-old star shared a video from a hospital bed, sedated and undergoing a procedure, prompting a wave of concern and heartfelt messages from fans.
đ From Childhood Fame to Lifelong Challenges
Donnyâs career began before he turned six, and heâs been chased by devoted fans ever since. But fame hasnât shielded him from health struggles. He once recounted a scary incident during âOsmondmaniaâ in Manchester, when an overzealous fan nearly cost him an eye.
âShe had a pen in her hand and hugged me so tightly, the pen jabbed me right in the eye,â Donny recalled in an interview with Metro. âIt almost took my eye out.â

During the final show of his Las Vegas residency with sister Marie, Donny experienced alarming symptoms.
âI couldnât feel my armsâand suddenly, my legs too,â he told Mirror.
âI didnât say anything. I just danced through the show.â
The cause was a spinal shift linked to injuries from his 2009 Strictly Come Dancing win. Though surgery initially seemed successful, a secondary infection left him temporarily unable to move. Rehab was intense, and Donny feared heâd never walk again. But he overcame the setbackâslowly, and with determination.
đŹ Back in the Hospital, Still Singing
This week, Donny posted a video from the operating room wearing a hospital gown and nasal cannula. In true Osmond fashion, he found a moment of levity even as sedation set in.
âWhen are you going to start singing?â someone asked.
Without missing a beat, Donny launched into Disneyâs Mulan anthem:
âLetâs get down to businessâŠâ
âIâm starting to get dizzy,â he said with a smile, drifting off mid-song. Moments later, he woke up still singing.
He captioned the video:
âWhat better way to power through a procedure than singing your all-time favorite rally song?! Iâm feeling all better now!â
